No, as a licensed event, we will be serving alcohol onsite and therefore will not permit anyone to bring their own alcohol. There will be vendors providing a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.
Yes, if you wish to bring your own picnic or snacks, then you can. Alternatively, we will have a several catering vendors onsite for you to get some delicious food from. Allergies will be catered for as will vegetarians and vegans.
No, due to the nature of the event, we will not be allowing dogs.
We will not allow anyone to bring any illegal items to the event such as knives, weapons, fireworks, or illicit drugs. Due to licensing, we also will not allow anyone to bring any alcohol with them to the event. We do not allow disposable or portable BBQ’s or cooking equipment of any king.
We also will not permit any large banners, signs, flags or tents/gazebos. Due to there being fireworks and a drone display, we also will not allow any personal drones to be brought onto the premises.
There will be a variety of food and drink vendors onsite. This will include bars, coffee vans, ice cream vans and other hot and cold food options. We are working with our vendors to ensure that they are able to cater to allergies and dietary requirements but if you have specific needs, it may be safer to bring your own food.
Yes, tickets can be purchased on the day.
If you wish to purchase alcohol, we would recommend bringing ID. Each vendor will be operating under their own license, and we will be required to perform ID checks where appropriate. You do not need ID to get into the event.
Car parking will be available on the day and the Guildford Lions Club will be marshalling if you wish to make a contribution towards their charity.
Public transport is limited but possible. The nearest train stations are Farncombe (approx. 2 miles distance) and Guildford (approx. 3.5 miles distance). Due to the estate being off a main road we would recommend getting a taxi from train stations rather than walking.
Yes, we will have a lost property area onsite, please ask a member of staff. If you have lost something and are no longer at the event, please email us after the event on info@CNCLive.co.uk
You can bring camping chairs and picnic blankets. We ask that you be courteous with your placement of chairs and not block anyone’s view. We will remove anyone deemed to be uncooperative from the event. We do not allow gazebos. Small umbrellas are fine if the weather calls for it but they must not be blocking other people’s view of the show or causing nuisance.
Vendors will each be different on whether they accept both cash and card. Our main bar will be card only. Safest option is to bring a bank card with you. Most vendors will not accept American Express.
Whilst we endeavour to make the event as accessible as possible, the shows are in a field, and we cannot guarantee that it will be 100% possible to access all areas by wheelchair.
We will have buggies onsite to transport and assist with getting people to their pitches, this will be predominantly available to VIP areas and Blue Badges holders. However, please ask a member of staff if you require assistance. If you have concerns you can get in touch with us in advance with specific questions.
